This follow-up to my Tracfone problem I wrote about a few weeks ago, is that I dumped their service and went with a national carrier, "Verizon", because a person needs to be able to receive their calls and not be restricted by something TracFone doesn't care to deal with.
After getting my new carrier I sent Tracfone the following last message, and I am sure, they will care less because they are BIGGG! But I care about the other consumers out there and encourage anyone who wants to depend on making and receiving calls to not waste their money with TracFone.
Following is the message I sent to the carrier:
Due to the continued without remedy "call restriction 34" that I have tried to work with Tracfone to eliminate from my account, I have eliminated the problem by dropping your service! I'm sure that a big company like you can absorb many losses like me because you have failed after repeated attempts to even acknowledge it is a problem. After the last go around where the SIMM card was replaced with the absolute assurance my old number would be transferred, then, YOU dumped my old number during the transfer and the same "call restriction 34" came back, well I have nothing good to say about your service or technical assistance. Tracfone is a poor service provider and I will post this notice to Consumer Reports and other consumer protection websites in the hopes other people do not have endure like I have the months wasted time and energy. | 1. Written by Annie on December 22, 2011 from bridgeport, connecticut, US Same thing happened to me! suddenly I got an error saying my sim card was unregistered error 34 after using it for 3 days! This was after I had to purchase a new phone because I thought my old one was broke. Obviously it wasn't so now I have 2 phoones that do not work! No one can fix this. They say I have to wait until I receive a new sim card in the mail. SERVICE SUCKS! I'm so done with them!!! |
