The 800-876-5753 # no longer appears to be cooperate. I have tried speaking with 4 different people, the accents are so thick that I cannot understand them. The last man I spoke with I said "I am sorry, I am just having a hard time understanding you through your accent" He said "why?" I said "why?!" He said "yes mam. why"? I said Because you accent is so thick!

Why else would I say that?

I wish that a communication company could provide people who could communicate with more ease...I regret buying 2 new tracfones for Xmas. I feel bad for everyone, but I don't have time to keep asking for someone who I can understand over the phone...especially when it's about a phone!!! 12980b5
