Well it would be nice if you could understand them!I dont think 1 of then can speak english,my phone broke ,and was suppose to get a replacement with 5 days ,well it never came.contacted support 10 times already today,couldn't understand a single one of them.what ever you do DONT but a trac phone their cheap,and their customer support is horrible.This is why so many americans are out of work,they get foreign country's to take american calls and they dont give a *** if you can understand them or not,plz amerca wake up!!!! 1298065
