ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!! If one could actually speak to an American or perhaps someone that speaks English as their primary language, life would be good. THE WOOOORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Makes me SOOOOOO *** ANGRY, something that would normally take 5 secs takes 2 HOURS b/c the dyslexic on the the other end, presumably India, can't understand simple casual American dialogue applied to a conversation. AHHHHHHHHH!!! I will never buy another min from TRACPHONE, THEY ARE A TERRIBLE COMPANY!!. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!!! I can buy a new tracfone for $10...I don't expect there to even BE a customer service center, lol. By the way, all the other cell carriers use outsourcing for their customer service, but they can afford better outsourcing places that require their employees to use a fake american accent to fool people like you.
