Deactivated my cell phone for no reason with 400 minutes airtime remaining. After purchasing new phone they would not transfer my existing time to the new phone. Could not provide me a rep to voice my complaint that I could effectively communicate with. This appears to be a foreign owned company with zero English speaking employees. Beware before you buy!!!!!!!!! In two days I spent over 2 hours on the phone attempting to resolve my issue and still ended the call frustrated, stressed, and determined to help prevent this from happening to other innocent people looking to purchase a cell phone. 1297d96

I have had one for years and if any problems arise I call 800-867-7183 and get technical services. They have always helped and solved the problem.

Tracfones? I have had a TracFone over two years now an It has been the best services rendered an being I get double minutes when I buy more minutes it has saved me over $400 a year in phone costs of long distance charges alone. Great Company. Anyone not satisfied has to be a problem they made due to their lower mentalities.
