Have my tracfone for 8 yrs - no problem til i tried to renew my minutes (every 3 months) on 04/07/16 two phones. Wouldnt take card #, kept messaging error @ company, try again.

Tried for 2 days. Called service # on 04/09/16 was told upgrading services from 2g to 3g took all my info & said would send me new phones 9-11 days. O4/22/16 still no phones. Called 1st time - 30 min kept putting me on hold, finally said i had to talk to someone in "upper office" who has no phone # - transferred me, message said leave name # would call back.

40 min later got call back, went through same scam, put on hold 10x, had to check with supervisor, systems running slow, etc., after 20 min, while on hold got hung up on. Called 3rd time went through same story only guy this time said phones sent out on 04/09 but no one put in track # so had to send me back to "upper department", again message too busy leave #.

1-1/2 of this *** & 2 weeks no phone i could have bought a new one myself. Worst customer service ever experienced by foreigners who cant even remember what american alias theyre using, no notifications of upgrades - joke.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
