I have spent many hours in the last few days on the phone with folks who English is not their first language. Very rude, tell you things will be fixed and they are not". They transfer you to a second or third person and you have to give all details again/. Now that I have lots of minutes, there is only one brand of phone that will work in my area?. This is terrible service/. I will never recommend tracfone to anyone in the future as I have done in the past:. It is a rip,. I was denied speaking to a supervisor.. We were totally without service for a period of time this week.. I don't recall when I have been this frustrated. 1297d29
