I purchased two tracfones from there web site, which saved me $10.00 on each phone. I received the phones in a timely manner. Both phones were
blister packed and in a box. I unpacked and turned on the phones, one phone worked fine and the other had a white screen if you tilt the phone toward yourself you could see shadow icons. Called
customer service and they couldn't help me, said they would ship me a new one. I did not have time to wait (5 to7 days ) for a new one, I told them I would ship the defective phone to them for a refund and buy locally". They said they would refund the phone but not the shipping/. I spent $9?.30 on shipping $30/.00 on the new phone, tracfone was charging $20:.00 for the same phone on there site". I am out $19'.30 of which I am asking only for the
shipping cost of $9..30 which they will not refund. 1297ca7
