1. Written by Eric on April 30, 2012 from mandeville, louisiana, US I too have had issues with tracfone. i joined safelink, a program administered by tracfone, 16 months ago. Since then I have had at least 12 phones, 5 number changes, and still having problems. The last phone was replaced because the phone was stolen or lost, and they refuse to transfer the minutes I had left on the old phone. What the heck ?
2. Written by JRO on March 18, 2012 from plainfield, iowa, US I got a really good laugh at the tracphone replys. Here's a few things to remeber when talking to a customer: 1. Learn to speak English if you can;t please go back to school. 2. Maybe some people are ignorant, but thats no reason to denegrate them. 3. If you would stop reading your scripts and actually listened you might realize that the person you are treating like crap is actually intelligent. May recent experience with your shoddy representatives is a benchmark in incompetence, so dont go complaining about us. Go look in the mirror.

8. Written by liza123jax on October 28, 2011 from bellevue, washington, US I'm so disappointed by the customer service support line and the executive line. It is a farse. They are both the same area! They are so rude. They have such heavy accents [they are in Belize Central America] ... if they would just slow down and be friendly it would go a long way but, my guess is that they decided to go in the opposit direction. ![]()
9. Written by gameczar on August 31, 2011 from vail, arizona, US The Executive Resolution team (1-800-876-5753) is defiantly the way to go. I purchased 2 new LG phones. I transferred my minutes and phone number from my old phone. When I went to add minutes to the phones, discovered that my payment info was gone from the website. I proceeded to add the info again but the transaction threw an error: "Maximum Ilerations (sic) Exceeded [30]." I assume the word was supposed to be "Iterations. " I called the regular tech support number a total of 6 times trying to get the issue resolved. As a web applications developer, I was able to read the stack trace which accompanied the error and concluded there was an issue writing to their database. When the support folks tried to update my payment information, it did not throw an error but the information was never committed to the database. The tech folks told me all sorts of stories, such as: "We do not save the payment information, unless you are on a monthly plan, which plan would you like to sign up for? " One tech person even asked for my username and password, I didn't give it to them of course. Finally I found this post and called the Executive Resolution team. The problem was solved in less than 24 hours. The problem was indeed an issue with the database, which required a REAL software tech. I was given 100 minutes and 2 months service to compensate for my time. I have added the Executive Resolution team phone number (1-800-876-5753) to my phone and will always use it in the future.
10. Written by Lee Nickol on July 25, 2011 from havre, montana, US 1-800-876-5783 is the number. I was able to transfer 3717 minutes from my old Nokia 2126 phone to my new LG 501c. They do it in two steps. The first step transferred 1200 minutes from my old phone, and then they manually added the remaining minutes. The person I talked with was extremely courteous and professional and English was her first language. ![]()
