I talked to Arneal with Tracfone customer service. My Tracfone has been malfunctioning for over a week now.

The phone kept loosing charge so bought a new battery, but still it would not hold a charge. Then the phone kept locking me out of "my acct" so now I can't login to add minutes. Also can't log in to Google ... all of a sudden my log in information is not any good.

Customer service tells me that he has reset the log in information but it will take 24 hours to get the updated information emailed to me??

What's up with this? All he could do is keep telling me "sorry for the inconvenience"

Reason of review: problem not resolved pending.

Preferred solution: is to satisfy the concern on a malfunctioning phone?!.

TracFone Cons: Tracfone is still not working.

I just received my 2nd Safelink Tracfone. Thre 1st one quit working after only 5days.

This one, 2nd one, won't even accept to connect to WiFI or even a cell network!! I spent 2hrs on the phone with the 1800 Cutomer Care. Could barely understand the person because barel;y spoke english. Still couldn't get the phone working.

USELESS!! I told them to send me a return kit and I don't want a replacement this time. Too much of a MAJOR ISSUE just to activate these Android phones especially when the rep barely speaks english. She told me to keep the phone.

PFFT! Why woul I want to when it won't work or activate! GEES! Offered to send me another phone, but I'd have to pay for a plan.

DUH! I wouldn't need a Safelink phone if I could afford a plan!
