Purchased a new tracfone. When I went to transfer all my min.over to new phone I was told by customer service that I could only transfer over 1,000 min". At the time I had 1501/.01 How in the *** CAN THEY TAKE AWAY MIN?.???

I want these min/. back!!! I have been a customer of tracfone for WELL OVER 10 YEARS?. This is how they treat faithful customers?.I can assure you that this will be the LAST *** trac fone I will ever buy/.Prepaid is prepaid you should NEVER lose min?. on a transfer To a new phone. 129765e

If the customer service rep. won't let you transfer all your minutes, ask for a supervisor. I just had a representative transfer 1500 minutes recently without any problem.

so after you found out that they could only transfer 1000 min did you still do it? if you did its your fault, you should have waited until you had only 999 minutes left on your old phone.
