First is not Tracfone or the same Tracfone service. They offer bring your own phone and swap yo to Net Ten. Net Ten is a branch or sister company of Tracfone , but very different sytems. Not one moment the customer service employee care to informed me that I wasn't gonna be getting Tracfone, but Net Ten all the time the assumption was I was getting Tracfone service on a high end android. I have an iPhone 4S thru the BYOP program. I broke the phone and had to transfer to a new iphone. The Tracfone agent was actually very helpful. I had issues with my new phone so I decided to restored. After that I couldnt make or receive calls or text. I send them a message and they reply back witha message to call. Ok what part of my phone is not working you didnt understanding? So I use the chat option. 4 times I tried to resolve the situation to no luck. 2 the cut me of the chat sending me a mesage to call. Since I purchased a tracfone for my mom I had trouble with getting the minutes loaded and tripled as promised, had to spend hours on the phone with 'customer service'. this is the 7th time i load my 200min card type in the promo code and it screws me it says contact customer service to complete transaction so use 20 of my min to contact them they dont replace the min i cant take this any more this is a freaking joke ive never seen any thing like this .i think they do it purposely 2 see if u will just give up and stop using the codes it probly saves them... tried customer no service MULTIPLE times and they keep telling me if it continues call back!!!!!its going on 3 months now and I pre paid for 6 months unlimited and it's NOT unlimited!!!...I need help!!!..
