I wanted to switch my tracfone over to a Verizon motorola droid razor. I paid for my access code and everything, I then go to finish my transaction and they tell me I will only be able to make and receive calls. It would take more than "at least 100 words" to explain the problems I had with my TracFone. I've documented the details in several blog messages. I purchased an LG Tracfone from QVC as a TSV in August. Got my triple min without difficulty of any kind. In October, that's when the trouble started. I recently bought a 400 minute---1 year tracfone card. My minutes are doubled when I add them so I should have received 800 minutes when adding this to my phone. However, I only received 700 minutes. Bought smartphone, had it activated though tracefone by a person . I went online and purchased a year's worth of minutes (1050) for one of our two cell phones. I have been a customer of tracfone for a lot of years. I signed on with tracfone early in their onset and have left once, I came back because signal and coverage, early on, was much better than monthly pay (verison, AT&T, Nextel, etc...). First is not Tracfone or the same Tracfone service. They offer bring your own phone and swap yo to Net Ten. Net Ten is a branch or sister company of Tracfone , but very different sytems.
